Solution Treatment and Aging Heat Treatment are carried our for Aluminum alloys.

Heat Treatment Furnace has 500 kg loading capacity with 900x1500x900 mm dimensional capacity.

Temperature homogeneity of ± 3°C precision is attained in the 100 - 550°C range.

Optimal mechanical properties are obtained through the special cooling unit.

System cooling time is maximum 7 seconds.

Heating and Cooling systems are fully-automatic through PLC.
