Casting

We cast steel, stainless steel, and bronze alloys in induction furnaces, and cast aluminum alloys in electric melting furnaces. Thanks to the investments we have made and the control system we have established, we work in a very modern foundry in terms of both occupational safety and working efficiency. With the chemical analyzes we carry out with the spectrometer device before and after casting, we record the analysis control results and ensure traceability. In addition to the data we obtain from our spectrometer device, we can also analyze special alloys by determining the amount of nitrogen in steel. We report chemical analysis on a wide range of products, from non-ferrous materials to steel products, from aluminum alloys to super alloys, in a controlled manner with reference samples, in accordance with standards.
