In our laboratories, which we constantly develop with new investments in line with developing standards, with our engineers and technical team who have the expertise to meet the needs of the day, we carry out all the scientific tests and controls required for the production of parts in accordance with the requested conditions and rules.

• Tolerance Tests

We carry out measurement checks at all stages of production and get the best results by developing gauges and fixtures.

• Detection of Surface Defects (FPI, MPI)

We carry out our tests under the supervision of two engineers who have Level II certification according to EN473 and our technical team.

• Penetrant Test 

We perform the tests we carry out in our NDT / Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory, under the control of our expert personnel, using the most advanced technology.

• Radioscopy Test (RT + CT)

The radioscopic testing procedures we perform in accordance with the ASTM E 1742 / M / 12 standard are carried out by our experts certified according to NAS 410. Our device, which has the ability to move in 5 axes, also has CT (Computer Tomography) feature. Testing Procedures are evaluated based on the SAE AMS-2175 standard and using ASTM E 155 and ASTM E 192 reference radiographs. We perform X-Ray analysis in the safest and fastest way with the radioscopy system and deliver the test images to our customers digitally with reporting procedures in accordance with the relevant standards.

• Micro Structure Inspection

We examine the samples we prepare in full detail and report them in accordance with customer requests. We carry out inspections such as grain size, residue control, microstructure, etc. through the CLEMEX program.

• Spectrometric analysis 

We perform chemical composition analyzes with our Fe-Cu-Al-Ni-Co base system spectrometer device and determine the proportional values ​​of the elements contained in the material. 

• Impact Notch Test

We calculate the material impact strength of samples with certain notches (V/U) made and carry out tests in accordance with BS EN 10045-1 and ISO 9854-1-2 standards.

• Tensile Strength Test

We determine the elongation, yield, and tensile strengths of materials.

• Hardness Test

We measure the hardness of materials according to Brinell and Rockwell Hardness Measurement Units.
