Dewaxing

For the dewaxing process, we apply 180°C steam to the ceramic coated clusters that we take into the pressure chamber of the autoclave system, reaching a pressure range of 8-10 bar in a maximum of 5 seconds. In this way, we prevent the ceramic shells from cracking during dewaxing. Thanks to the PLC controlled system, we constantly monitor, record and keep under control all parameters of the wax melting process. Meanwhile, our fully automatic autoclave system minimizes energy consumption thanks to the steam conversion system.
